How do I start?

What's The Cost?

As with anything, the more complex the project, the higher the cost. Please feel free to drop us some brief details on our online brief and a member of our experienced team will be in touch regarding your requirements.

What Do You Need From Me?

Anything you can provide is very helpful from the off, either hand drawn sketches or a thought dump on how you want your designs to look. Mood boards can also help but hopefully we can get a decent understanding after our first phone call, but the more you can provide, the better the results.

How Complicated is The Process?

Depending on the scale of the project, the process can be quite complex. However, don't feel daunted - all of our designers have excellent project management skills to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

How Can I Communicate With You During The Process?

Once works gets underway, you'll be assigned a project manager and a designer - and all communication goes through your project manager. They're available 12 hours a day from 8am till 8pm and available 24 hours via email. If for whatever reason you can't get hold of your designated project manager, give the main office line a call on 01565 740021 and a member of our team will help.

How Many Projects Can I Work On At Any One Time?

As many as you want us to. Once you've been assigned your designated project manager and designer - you can start another project as soon as you like. We can even draft in other designers to help and work on your project.
