ABOUT THE PROJECT

In partnership with a local development company, The CGI Guys were tasked with creating Exterior and Interior CGIs for development in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

The brief required us to be sympathetic to the visual aspects of the area due to previous development work undertaken. We were delighted to take this project on as it offered us a chance to place a modern spin on a contemporary build.

WHAT THE CGI GUYS DID

The CGI Guys held initial conversation with the development company to gauge where they wanted to go with the designs for their homes. In having these conversations early on, we were able to have a strong design to take back to the client.

Eleanor Charles Homes briefed The CGI Guys with several different assets for their marketing collateral, including, exterior and interior CGI images and a video showcasing the development from an exterior view which were created using the architect’s drawings.

In addition to the exterior and interior CGI’s our team produced 3D floor plans for each individual house delivering great looking assets for Eleanor Charles Homes to use as their marketing material.

They were then able to develop two strong five bedroom homes that were more than in keeping with the area, leading to two stunning homes.
