Commercial Units
Beeston
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Beeston Reclamation contacted The CGI Guys to redesign an area of their reclamation yard for commercial purposes. We were asked to design some commercial units that Beeston Reclamation could use to diversify their revenue stream.
When it comes to repurposing existing land, high-quality computer-generated images (CGIs) are a key aspect of the marketing plan. Commercial CGI’s allow investors to visualise their development before the foundations have been laid.
In order to receive higher returns, it's important to eliminate the guesswork from the early stages of commercial property development. If investors cannot visualise what they are purchasing, they are much less likely to advance with the project. This is where high-quality commercial CGI's from The CGI Guys become helpful.
WHAT THE CGI GUYS DID
Initially we visited the site of Beeston Reclamation to get a feel for the existing buildings and the surrounding land. Once we’d gathered enough initial photography from the viewpoints to be shown, we were able to start to piece the CGI’s together.
Taking a lead from the surrounding areas, we were able to create the commercial unit designs for Beeston Reclamation, without them looking out of place on the existing property.
