ABOUT THE PROJECT
Situated in the heart of the sought-after area of Chaddesden, close to the city centre of Derby, Mayfield Gardens offers the opportunity to live in a highly rated residential area, yet with easy access to the thriving central amenities that Derby offers.
The development consists of two three-bedroom semi-detached houses, three terraced properties each with three bedrooms, along with a two bedroom bungalow.
WHAT THE CGI GUYS DID
We produced a number development images, including all the homes in situ. We also created a number of Exterior Property CGI’s to help the development company in creating the different house types for the development.
In addition to the exterior and interior CGI’s our team produced 3D floor plans for each individual house delivering great looking assets for Eleanor Charles Homes to use as their marketing material
